The Commercial & Industrial Energy Efficiency Program offers expert engineering support
at no cost to City of Palo Alto Utility Customers. The Program’s experienced team is here
to help customers identify and implement energy efficiency upgrades that will result in
energy savings and improved operational efficiency.

SERVICES OFFERED AT NO COST TO QUALIFYING CPAU COMMERCIAL &
INDUSTRIAL CUSTOMERS INCLUDE:

  • Customized analysis and measurements to determine system efficiency
  • Detailed investigation and recommendations for energy efficiency projects
  • Report on reductions in energy, cost, and greenhouse gas emissions
  • Implementation coordination assistance
  • Independent verification of achieved energy savings after installation
  • Cash incentives to help buy down the cost of energy efficiency upgrades

Enovity also offers turn-key project implementation services for an additional fee.
