First Steps

The first step to apply for the Program is to submit a Program Participation Agreement. This form collects some basic information about your facility. Signing the agreement states that you are interested in receiving services from the Program and will allow access to your facility to identify energy efficiency opportunities. It does not commit you to any particular project nor obligate you to install any of the recommendations.

Submittal options

Fill out, sign and send in the Program Participation Agreement via regular mail.
Fax or email a signed copy of the Agreement to start the process sooner.

You can then either mail the signed original or have it available for pickup on-site. If you require a signed original for your records, please submit two (2) signed hard copies and we will return one fully-executed agreement to you.
